Return and Exchange Policy
Rapture Vancouver provides a seven-day cooling-off period (not a trial period) and one-time free shipping return and exchange service. Within seven days of the arrival of the product, if the product is brand new, with no labels cut, no water, no odor or dirt, it can be returned or exchanged free of charge.
How to calculate the seven-day cooling-off period?
- Calculation starts from the date the item arrives (the date the postal tracking code indicates successful delivery, or the date the item is successfully picked up at the convenience store).
- If the item is defective, please contact us immediately within seven days via Instagram, Facebook, or email: service@rapturevancouver.com to arrange a replacement.
- If you do not contact us within seven days of successful postal delivery or convenience store pickup, we will be unable to process your exchange.
Notes
- Defects are defined as: tears, holes, large stains, severe ripping, or scratches.
- If the item is sold out or out of stock, you may exchange it for an item of equal value or at a higher price.
- Please take photos to verify the item’s condition before shipping. Otherwise, Rapture Vancouver’s judgment will be final.
- Breast pads are considered intimate apparel and are not returnable or exchangeable.
- A second exchange will incur a NT$100 service fee and NT$150 round-trip shipping, for a total of NT$250.
The following situations are not defects:
- The actual wear feels different from the last purchase; this is personal perception and not a defect.
- The actual wear feels different from the model; this is personal perception and not a defect.
- Slight color difference between the product and the screen image is normal and not a defect.
The following situations cannot be returned or exchanged for you
- Items that have been used in water, altered, have had tags removed, or have creases
- Items that have stains from cosmetics, dirt, or any odor (perfume, cigarette smoke, fragrance, etc.)
- Items that have been worn for an unusually short time, or have been worn for an extended period, resulting in sweat or dirt
- Items must be in new condition, and gifts must be returned with the item; otherwise, returns or exchanges are not possible.

- Standardized Contract Interpretation Principles: In the event of any doubt regarding the terms of this contract, they shall be interpreted in favor of the consumer.
- Product Information: The product name, price, contents, specifications, model, and other relevant information displayed on the product transaction page constitutes part of the contract.
- Electronic Documentation: Both parties agree to use electronic documents as the method of presentation.
- Confirmation Mechanism and Contract Performance: Consumers may browse the Company’s online store page for information on various products, styles, prices, and other information, or contact customer service on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. After you confirm your order, the Company will send you an “Order Confirmation Notification” via email. You can log in to the Company’s official website, access the “My Account” page, and click the “Orders” link to track your order status.
- Product Order Quantity Limit: Product pages on the Company’s website will display “Quantity in Stock” or “Out of Stock” depending on availability. For out-of-stock products, please contact customer service to confirm whether they can be pre-ordered.
Delivery location and method of goods:
We offer registered postal parcel delivery and 7-Eleven pickup, we also offer international shipping with DHL. For in-stock items, orders will be shipped within three business days after placing a successful order. This will be delayed if it falls on a holiday. Postal delivery takes approximately 1-2 business days, and convenience store delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days.
For the actual delivery date of pre-ordered items, please refer to the product description and contact customer service. The maximum pre-order period is 40 business days.
Payment Methods
EC pay offers online credit card payments (supporting Visa, MasterCard, and JCB) and bank transfers/ATMs. Pricing is in New Taiwan Dollars and US dollars.
Please note that agreements between consumers and banks or other institutions may result in additional fees for electronic transfers and account maintenance.
Order Cancellation
- (1) Orders cannot be canceled for items that have already been shipped.
- (2) Orders for in-stock items can be canceled before the item has been shipped. Please contact us directly via private message on Instagram or Facebook.
Shipping Fees
The shipping fees for each order will vary depending on the shipping method , product weight and destination. For orders over NT$2,000 in Taiwan, you can enjoy free shipping on registered mail or free shipping on convenience store pickup. For international destinations we will be shipping packages with DHL .
Right of Return, Exchange and Contract Termination
Consumers may exercise their rights under Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act by contacting customer service within seven days of receiving goods or services to request a return or exchange.
Within seven days of delivery, if the goods are in a new state, uncut, undamaged, and free of odors and dirt, you may return or exchange them once, free of shipping.

Customer service will process the account accordingly and immediately suspend all transactions and subsequent use of the account.
